September, the 1st

As we have done every year since 2015, we had the pleasure once again to take part in the Cari-Run this year.

Created 10 years ago by Maël Bohren as part of his graduation project, this charity run has donated its proceeds each year to a different association.

To celebrate this 10th edition, the committee decided to invite back all the associations supported over the years and redistribute the proceeds from this special day to them.

A major addition this year: besides the traditional races, a half marathon was introduced. Participation was impressive, and the day turned out to be a huge success.

The associations present had the opportunity to engage with the participants and share their missions.

As usual, Elewa-Africa was in charge of preparing the pasta, offering participants a choice between a delicious homemade bolognese and a tasty pesto. A big thank you to Aline, Davide, Fred, Léo, and Katya for their efficiency and contagious good mood.

Elewa-Africa also hosted a handicraft stand, showcasing a lovely mix of handmade items, crafted either in Switzerland by committee members or in Tanzania by the Maasai people. Thank you to Christophe and Krysia for their warm presence and smiles throughout the day.

We are already looking forward to seeing you next year for another edition of this wonderful event!
